“Adonai your God is in your midst, a mighty Savior! He will delight over you with joy. He will quiet you with His love. He will dance for joy over you with singing.” — Zephaniah 3:17 (TLV)
The goal is to have the 50 states speaking this over each state. There will be a wave of proclamations spoken across our nation for 6 hours!
Suggested locations: any school or youth organization in your county.
Reminders:
- 1. PRAY about where to do the Prayer Proclamations the 2nd Sat. of each month. Pray, rather than think. God knows the best place. It could be a governmental building, but it also could be a parking lot and God knows something you do not.
- 2. These should be done OUTSIDE. We speak God’s word over your city/county/community.
- 3. START promptly at 8:00 am local time.
- 4. God designed this to be simple so everyone can be involved. Therefore, we do not suggest you add anything to the 15 min time (unless otherwise specified for the month).
- 5. Everyone READ ALOUD TOGETHER.
- 6. Please do NOT post the declarations on social media.
- 7. Post PICTURES to our Signal Thread — PrayerLink Pics group or text to 941‑681‑5784.
- FL — Send a picture to us of your group each month. Type your county and the first names of each person in the message.
- States — Please send us a picture of your group and tell us your state in the message!
To receive the monthly Prayer Proclamations, send people to PrayerLink.us and have them click on CONNECT.

Watchmen for the Youth
Children Are a Blessing
Father, we repent for taking our children for granted or for speaking negatively over the youth in our nation. Jesus, You, “took them up in Your arms, laid Your hands on them, and blessed them” (Mark 10:16).
Teach us how to speak life over the youth of this generation, bless them, and to point them to You.
For, “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth” (Psalm 127:3–4). Our “descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed” (Psalm 112:2). “A righteous man who walks in his integrity; how blessed are his sons after him” (Proverbs 20:7). May they be blessed and bless those who came before them to show them the way.
“One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts” (Psalm 145:4). “That the generation to come might know them, the children who would be born, that they may arise and declare them to their children, that they may set their hope in God” (Psalm 78:6–7).
Prodigals
Jehovah Rapha, You are the God who heals all brokenness within us. We pray for our children and youth to be healed through Your blood in all areas of their lives.
For our children who do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we ask for Your mercy over their souls. Create divine appointments so they encounter You, the One True God. For as it is written, Your “mercy endures forever” (Psalm 136).
Draw the prodigals unto Yourself (John 6:44). Watch for them to return home as the father did in Luke 15. And when they turn from the world and head toward home, have compassion on them. For “…when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion” (Luke 15:20). We have trusted in You and so we claim Acts 16:31, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
Father, we ask for protection and mercy over our prodigals until they return home. Cover them “with Your feathers, and under Your wings they shall take refuge” (Psalm 91:4). Lord, in love, discipline, wisdom and compassion, “turn the hearts of fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers” (Malachi 4:6).
Here is the prayer proclamation over our youth and children. Next month, Sept., will be a prayer proclamation for Spiritual Awakening over our nation. A heartfelt thanks to all of you who are faithful to do these prayer proclamations each month!! It MATTERS!!!!!

A Guide for Personal Prayer
This is meant to be a guide to be prayerfully considered. In all things seek Holy Spirit for your prayer time. You might take one portion a day or pieces from several sections. We are NOT legalistic. My prayer for you is that you will have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying and in all things welcome Holy Spirit to guide you.
1. Welcome His Presence
Set aside time each day to connect with the Spirit of God. Welcome His presence through worship and communion, then rest quietly before Him with ears ready to hear and a heart ready to receive. (Ex. 33:14; Psalm 42:1–2; Psalm 100:4; James 4:8)
A few worship songs: Glory; Ride with the King
2. Israel
As the Spirit leads, pray for our sister State of Israel. Ask the Lord to guard and strengthen our relationship with Israel and to guide you in praying effectively for that relationship. (Ps. 122:6)
3. His Garden State…
You might want to listen to this inspiring song by Jason Upton (Grow).
Our state government is facing serious challenges. The majority party is pursuing what many, including me, view as a troubling agenda, while the minority party appears discouraged and lacks a strong strategic vision because of its minority status. This must come to an end now!
First Timothy 2:1–4 reminds us that first of all we need to pray for government leaders. It would be challenging to pray for every one of the 120 legislators individually, but we can begin where we are and pray for our own representatives in the Legislature.
To pray for your own New Jersey State Senator and two Assembly representatives effectively, please consider building a relationship with them.
What might that look like? First, learn who your representatives are and how to contact them. If you are unsure, visit njleg.state.nj.us/legislative-roster. In the top-right search field, enter your municipality. You will see the names and contact information for your State Senator and two Assembly representatives.
Read about your representatives and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your prayers for them. You might ask the Lord to give you creative ideas on how you can effectively reach out.
PLEASE do not ask for anything for yourself or your family. Instead, seek to build a positive relationship, regardless of their party or actions. God loves them and desires they come to know Him as Lord of their life.
Here are a few ideas for your consideration:
- Call the office or send a message through the website. Introduce yourself as a constituent, let them know you are praying for them, and ask whether there is anything specific you can pray about on their behalf. If you do not speak directly with your representative, leave a message with the person who answers the phone. Always be polite and respectful.
- Stop by with a plate of cookies and/or a thank-you note for their service, or a note wishing them a good day.
Prayer Points for the Year of Jubilee
Here are other prayer points you might consider, during this year of Jubilee…
A. Thanksgiving for God’s Providence
Psalm 100:4–5 — “Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting, and His faithfulness to all generations.” James 1:17 — “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.”
Let us thank God for His sustaining hand over the United States of America through 250 years of history — for preserving liberty, raising up faithful leaders in every generation, blessing our churches, families, military, and first responders, and extending mercy far beyond.
B. A Lasting Spiritual Awakening
Decree a lasting Spiritual Awakening in His Church, the Government and in our nation. Believe for a birthing of a GREAT and lasting Harvest of souls.
2 Chronicles 7:14 — “If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Joel 2:21–26 — “My land, do not fear, for your restoration has come! Be glad and rejoice, you people, for Yahweh has done marvelous things for you. Animals of the field, do not be afraid, for the pastures of the wilderness are green again, the trees bear their fruit, and the vine and fig tree yield their richness. Children of Zion, be glad! Celebrate the mighty acts of Yahweh your God, for he has given you a teacher of righteousness whose teaching is like the refreshing spring rains. And he will pour down the rains for you, the spring and autumn rains as before. The threshing floors will be full of grain, the pits beside the presses will overflow with new wine and fresh oil. I will make up for the years the swarms of locusts ruined your harvest — the hopping-locusts, the destroying-locusts, and the cutting-locusts — my great army that I sent against you. You will eat to your heart’s content and be satisfied. You will gloriously praise the name of Yahweh your God, who has treated you so wonderfully. And never will my people be despised again.”
Pray as Holy Spirit leads you, consider seeking effective prayers that the United States of America would return to the fear of the Lord with awakened hearts, a revived Church, with apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists, teachers, and a body who will stand firmly on His Word. May the pulpits be restored to flames of righteousness!
C. Authority Beyond New Jersey
1 Timothy 2:1–4 — “I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” Proverbs 21:1 — “The king’s heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes.”
Pray as the Spirit would lead you for the President, Vice President, members of Congress, governors, mayors, judges, military leaders, and all who bear responsibility for governing. Ask God to grant them wisdom, courage, humility, and hearts that seek justice and righteousness.
D. Families and the Next Generation
Malachi 4:5–6 — “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.”
Ephesians 5:28–33 and Ephesians 6:4 call husbands to love their wives as their own bodies, just as Christ loves the church, and call fathers not to provoke their children to anger but to bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Pray that husbands and wives would faithfully love and honor each other. Pray that they will raise their children while seeking the Spirit of God as they train up their children in the way they should go. May families flourish in the plan God has for their lives.
E. A Blessing to the Nations
Matthew 5:14–16 — “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” Micah 6:8 — “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Closing Blessing
Pray the United States of America will have a new birth of true freedom and fully align with Kingdom! That we would be set free from self-promotion and selfishness. Pray we would be a model of love in a fallen world — defending truth and true liberty, standing against antisemitism and immorality, supporting Biblical freedom, while effectively caring for the vulnerable, and reflecting justice, mercy, and humility before God, remembering that with God all things are possible but without Him we can do nothing.
May God bless each of you and your family, keep you, may His face shine upon you, be gracious to you and grant you peace.
